Life-Changing Illness

Coping with life-changing illness has a unique set of circumstances. I offer psychotherapy that is tailored to meet the unique needs of those directly & indirectly affected by challenging medical circumstances; from the identified patient, to significant others, family members, & primary caretakers, for sensitive wrap-around care that supports the potential for personal growth & focuses on self-exploration to develop healthy coping skills.

Musicians

The fallout of COVID-19 has hit the live-music industry especially hard. My role has been to support musicians as they adjust to widespread changes in the industry, redefine their musician identity, & develop coping skills for managing increased levels of anxiety. Therapy can also focus on better-defining what you want from the industry, learning new tools for coping with life on the road, & cultivating work/life balance.

College Students

& Young Adults

Emerging adults face the uncertainty of an ever-changing world. They often have more anxiety when compared to other age groups, due to an uncertain job market, maintaining social ties in the context of COVID-19, meeting the demands of the virtual classroom, & navigating identity. I remember my own sense of directionless-ness in my 20s; in therapy I draw on those times to assist you as you find your true self & define your unique path to success!
